Journal «Voprosy Statistiki»

Centrostat’s activities include issuing scientific and information journal "Voprosy Statistiki", which has been published since 1919 and remains the leading Russian journal in the field of statistics. "Voprosy Statistiki" is included in the List of Peer-Reviewed Academic Sources, intended for publishing the main results of dissertations for obtaining the academic degrees of Candidate and Doctor of Sciences (list of Higher Attestation Commission), in the RSCI and RSCI databases. The journal is a current source of research and trends in statistics, which publishes articles by prominent Russian and foreign economists, famous scientists, young researchers, and practitioners.

The journal covers topical issues of methodology and organization of domestic and foreign statistics, the development of international statistical standards and their adaptation to Russian conditions. "VoprosyStatistiki» publishes materials on the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, its regions, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and other foreign countries. It outlines the activities of Rosstat, its Scientific and Methodological Council, subordinate organizations, and territorial bodies of state statistics.

The journal is registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor). Certificate of registration No. 012312 dated April 15, 1994.
